Modern In Designs guarantees 100% safe delivery. In the event of shipping damage, Modern In Designs will replace your shipment and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Upon receiving your shipment, carefully inspect the carton for any gouges, marks or holes. A distressed carton is a potential sign of damaged goods within the carton. Modern In Designs will handle the damaged claims for its shipments only if the receiver (customer) notes the condition of the carton and the condition of the contents of the carton at the time of delivery.Prepare For Delivery:
Please check your entrances and hallway sizes prior to ordering to ensure your purchase will fit through the areas of your home. Many of our items exceed 80lbs.; know the size and weight of your arriving purchase. We suggest with most deliveries to have a minimum of two people on hand. If you require white glove service of delivery into the home or a liftgate for special circumstances, please contact Modern In Designs customer service for a quote. Carriers usually provide an approximate time frame for delivery; please allow for the carrier to be earlier or later than the estimated time.No Restock Fees & Return Policy:
No Restock Fee: Canceled orders, returns and exchanges do not incur a restocking fee by Modern In Designs. Canceled orders and returns will incur the actual shipping costs to and from the customer back to the Modern In Designs warehouse of origin. Actual shipping costs back to Modern In Designs may vary from the shipping promotions amounts charged or shipping discounts which are subsidized by Modern In Designs at time of the order. Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are pleased to accept returns that are arranged within 30 days of the signed delivery receipt by calling 800-675-2158. We do not accept returns that are NOT arranged within 30 days of the delivery. Please note that in the event that an item is shipped damaged we will provide replacements at no expense to you.
